4. Setup

4.1. Battery Installation

1. Unscrew the bottom cap of the engraving pen.
2. Insert two (2) AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
3. Screw the bottom cap back on securely.

4.2. Diamond Tip Bit Installation/Replacement

The engraving pen uses a standard 3/32-inch diamond tip bit. A small tool is provided for easy bit replacement.

1. Ensure the tool is turned off and batteries are removed for safety.
2. Locate the small hole on the head of the engraving pen.
3. Align one of the provided bit replacement tools with this hole.
4. Insert the tool into the hole and gently turn to loosen the existing bit or to create space for a new bit.
5. Carefully insert the diamond tip bit into the collet until it is seated firmly.
6. Tighten the bit by turning the replacement tool in the opposite direction until the bit is secure. Do not overtighten.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. General Operation

1. Hold the engraving pen like a regular pen, with your thumb positioned over the control button.
2. Press the red button to activate the tool. The motor will start, and the diamond tip bit will vibrate rapidly.
3. Gently touch the rotating bit to the surface of the material you wish to engrave. Apply light, consistent pressure.
4. Move the pen slowly and steadily to create your desired design or text. Avoid pressing too hard, as this can damage the bit or the material.
5. Release the button to turn off the tool.

2. Trace the design carefully with the engraving pen, keeping the bit within the template's lines.
3. Remove the template once the engraving is complete.
