Installation Guide

Regular replacement of brushes and filters is crucial for maintaining your DEEBOT's cleaning efficiency. Always ensure the DEEBOT is powered off before performing any installation or maintenance.

1. Main Brush Installation

1. Turn the DEEBOT over on a flat surface.
2. Locate the main brush cover, usually secured by two tabs or clips. Press the tabs or lift the clips to remove the cover.
3. Remove the old main brush from its compartment.
4. Insert the new main brush into the compartment, ensuring the square and hexagonal ends align with their respective slots.
5. Replace the main brush cover and press down until it clicks securely into place.

2. Side Brush Installation

1. Turn the DEEBOT over.
2. Gently pull the old side brushes upwards to remove them from their posts.
3. Align the new side brushes with the corresponding posts (L for left, R for right, if marked).
4. Press the new side brushes down firmly until they click into place.

3. Fine Dust Filter Installation

1. Open the DEEBOT's top cover and remove the dustbin.
2. Open the dustbin cover to access the filter compartment.
3. Remove the old filters (usually a mesh filter and a high-efficiency filter).
4. Insert the new filters into the dustbin, ensuring they are seated correctly. The high-efficiency filter should be placed last.
5. Close the dustbin cover and reinsert the dustbin into the DEEBOT.

Maintenance

Regular cleaning of your DEEBOT's brushes and filters extends their lifespan and ensures consistent cleaning performance. It is recommended to clean these components after every few uses, depending on your cleaning environment.

Cleaning the Main Brush

• Remove the main brush as described in the installation section.
• Use the cleaning tool (often provided with the DEEBOT) to cut and remove any hair or debris tangled around the brush bristles and ends.
• Wipe the brush with a dry cloth. Do not wash the main brush with water.
• Reinstall the main brush.

Cleaning the Side Brushes

• Remove the side brushes.
• Wipe off any dust or debris. If hair is tangled, carefully cut and remove it.
• Reinstall the side brushes. If bristles are bent, soak them in warm water for a few minutes to help them regain their shape before reinstalling.

Cleaning the Fine Dust Filters

• Remove the dustbin and filters.
• Tap the filters gently over a trash can to dislodge dust and debris.
• Use the cleaning tool or a small brush to remove any remaining dust from the filters.
• Do not wash the high-efficiency filters with water, as this can damage them. The mesh filter may be rinsed if necessary, but ensure it is completely dry before reinstallation.
• Reinstall the filters and dustbin.

Troubleshooting

If your DEEBOT's cleaning performance decreases after replacing accessories, consider the following:

• Reduced Suction: Check if the fine dust filters are installed correctly and are not clogged. Ensure the dustbin is empty.
• Ineffective Sweeping: Verify that the side brushes are installed correctly and are not tangled with hair or debris. Replace side brushes if bristles are excessively worn or bent.
• Poor Main Brush Performance: Ensure the main brush is free of tangles and rotates freely. Check that the main brush cover is securely closed.
