Setup
Battery Installation
The Zadro LVAN mirror requires 4 AAA batteries for its LED lighting function. Follow these steps to install the batteries:
- Lay the mirror flat on a stable surface with the 8X magnification side facing upward.
- Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the 8X mirror frame.
- To open the battery compartment, gently press down on the cover and rotate it approximately 1/2 inch counter-clockwise. The cover should then lift off easily. Note: Some instructions may state a 1/4 turn, but a smaller rotation (approx. 1/2 inch) is typically sufficient to unlock the cover. Avoid excessive force.
- Insert 4 fresh AAA batteries, ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals align correctly with the indicators inside the compartment.
- Replace the battery compartment cover by aligning it and rotating it clockwise until it locks securely into place.
Once batteries are installed, the mirror is ready for use.
Operating Instructions
Turning the LED Light On/Off
To activate the LED light, locate the power button, typically found on the edge of the mirror frame. Press the button once to turn the light on. Press it again to turn the light off.
Switching Magnification
The mirror features dual sides: 8X magnification and 1X magnification. To switch between them, simply rotate the mirror head 360 degrees on its swivel axis until the desired magnification is facing you.
