4. Setup

1. Unpacking and Assembly: Carefully unpack all components. Assemble the portable cart/frame if it came disassembled, ensuring all bolts are tightened securely.
2. Loading Grease:
   • Remove the pump head assembly from the grease container.
   • Insert the follower plate into the container.
   • Fill the container with the desired grease, ensuring it is compatible with your application. Do not overfill.

6. Adjusting Air Pressure: Slowly open the air supply valve. Adjust the air regulator on the pump head to the desired operating pressure. Do not exceed the maximum recommended pressure.

5. Operating Instructions
