2. Setup Instructions

2.1 Unpacking and Placement

2.2 Connecting Power

  1. 45 RPM Adapter: Used for playing 7-inch records with a large center hole.
  2. Speed Selector: Switch to select 33, 45, or 78 RPM playback speed.
  3. Auto Stop On/Off Switch: Engages or disengages the automatic stop function at the end of a record.

3.2 Playing Records

  1. Press the Standby/On button to power on the turntable.
  2. Press the Phono Mode button to select Phono mode.
  3. Place a record on the turntable platter. If playing a 7-inch record with a large center hole, use the 45 RPM adapter.
  4. Select the appropriate speed (33, 45, or 78 RPM) using the Speed Selector switch.
  5. Move the Auto Stop On/Off switch to the desired position. When ON, the platter will stop rotating automatically at the end of the record. When OFF, the platter will continue to rotate.
  6. Gently lift the tone arm and position the stylus over the desired starting groove of the record.
  7. Carefully lower the tone arm onto the record. Playback will begin.
  8. Adjust the volume using the Volume Dial.
  9. To stop playback, gently lift the tone arm and return it to its rest.

3.3 Bluetooth Operation

  1. Press the Standby/On button to power on the turntable.
  2. Press the Wireless Mode button to select Bluetooth mode. The Bluetooth indicator light will flash, indicating it is ready for pairing.
  3. Enable Bluetooth on your external device (e.g., smartphone, tablet) and search for available devices.
  4. Select "1byone BS003" from the list of devices. Once paired, the Bluetooth indicator light will stop flashing and remain solid.
  5. Play music from your external device. The audio will be streamed through the turntable's speakers.
  6. Adjust the volume using the Volume Dial on the turntable or your external device.

3.4 Vinyl-to-MP3 Recording

  1. Insert a USB flash drive (up to 64GB) into the USB port on the turntable.
  2. Ensure the turntable is in Phono Mode and a record is playing.
  3. Press the Recording Button. The recording indicator light will illuminate, indicating that recording has started.
  4. To stop recording, press the Recording Button again. The indicator light will turn off.
  5. The recorded MP3 file will be saved to the USB flash drive.

3.5 External Connections (AUX-IN and RCA OUT)

  • 3.5mm AUX-IN: Connect an external audio source (e.g., smartphone, MP3 player, laptop) to the AUX-IN port using a 3.5mm audio cable. The audio from the external device will play through the turntable's speakers.
  • RCA OUTPUT (Line Out): Connect the RCA Line Out ports (Red for Right, White for Left) to the audio input of an external amplifier or powered speakers. This allows the turntable's audio to be played through a larger sound system.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Cleaning the Turntable

  • Wipe the turntable cabinet with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Keep the dust cover closed when not in use to prevent dust accumulation on the platter and stylus.

4.2 Stylus Care

  • Clean the stylus periodically using a soft brush, brushing gently from back to front.
  • Avoid touching the stylus with your fingers.
  • A worn or damaged stylus can damage records and degrade sound quality. Replace the stylus if necessary.

  • Keep records clean and free of dust. Use a record brush before each play.
  • Store records vertically in their sleeves to prevent warping.
