Setup and First Use
Unboxing
Carefully remove the ice maker from its packaging. Ensure all components are present:

Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
Placement
Place the ice maker on a flat, stable, and level surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit. Avoid placing it near heat sources or in direct sunlight. Allow at least 4 inches of space from walls or other appliances for proper air circulation.

The dimensions of the Igloo Ice Maker are approximately 17.25 inches deep, 12.25 inches wide, and 14.75 inches high. Please ensure your space accommodates these measurements.
Before plugging in, allow the unit to sit upright for at least one hour if it has been tilted or inverted during transport. This allows the refrigerant to settle.
Initial Cleaning
Before first use, clean the interior of the ice maker. Remove the ice basket and scoop. Wash the ice basket and scoop with warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. Wipe the interior of the unit with a soft cloth and a mild detergent solution, then rinse with clean water and dry. Do not immerse the unit in water.
Operating Instructions
Adding Water
Open the lid and fill the water reservoir with potable water up to the "MAX" fill line. Do not overfill. The unit has a 3-quart capacity water tank.

Making Ice
- Plug the unit into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Press the POWER button on the control panel to turn on the ice maker.
- Select your desired ice cube size by pressing the SELECT button. Choose between S (Small) or L (Large) cylinder-shaped ice cubes.

The ice maker will begin the ice-making cycle. The first batch of ice will be ready in approximately 7 minutes. The unit can produce up to 26 pounds of ice in a 24-hour period.
Ice Collection and Indicators
Ice cubes will automatically drop into the removable ice basket. The ice basket can hold up to 2 pounds of ice at a time. When the ice basket is full, the ICE FULL indicator light will illuminate, and the unit will pause ice production until ice is removed.

The removable ice basket has a 2-pound capacity, and an ice scoop is included for easy serving.
When the water level in the reservoir is low, the ADD WATER indicator light will illuminate, and the unit will stop making ice. Refill the water reservoir to resume ice production.
Maintenance
Regular Cleaning
Regular cleaning of your ice maker is essential for optimal performance and hygiene. It is recommended to clean the unit at least once a week, or more frequently depending on usage and water quality.
- Unplug the ice maker from the power outlet.
- Remove the ice basket and drain any remaining water from the reservoir by removing the drain plug located at the bottom of the unit.

- Rinse all surfaces thoroughly with clean water. Ensure no detergent residue remains.
- Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp cloth.
