Maintenance

Cleaning

To clean the EcoXplorer, use a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these may damage the speaker's finish or waterproof seals. Ensure all port covers are securely closed before cleaning with water.

Waterproof and Dustproof Care

The EcoXplorer is IP67 rated, meaning it is 100% waterproof and dustproof. To maintain this rating, always ensure all port covers on the back of the unit are firmly sealed before exposing the speaker to water, dirt, or snow. If the speaker is submerged, it will float, allowing for easy retrieval.

Battery Care

For optimal battery life, fully charge the speaker before extended periods of non-use. Store the speaker in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposing the battery to extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting

  • No Power: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the power adapter and attempt to power on.
  • No Sound: Check the volume level on both the speaker and your connected device. Ensure the correct audio source is selected.
  • Bluetooth Disconnection: Move your device closer to the speaker. Ensure no other devices are interfering with the Bluetooth signal. Try unpairing and re-pairing the device.
  • Poor Radio Reception: Adjust the speaker's position. Ensure there are no large obstructions.
  • Charging Issues: Verify the power adapter is securely connected to both the speaker and the power outlet.
