4. Setup and Installation
The Haotian Wall Cabinet is designed for easy assembly and installation. All necessary hardware is included in the package, and each small part is clearly marked for convenience.
4.1. Assembly
Follow the detailed instructions provided in the assembly manual included with your product. Ensure all components are correctly identified and assembled according to the diagrams. A Phillips head screwdriver and possibly a hammer may be required (not included).
- Unpack all components and verify against the parts list.
- Assemble the main frame of the cabinet, ensuring all cam locks and dowels are securely fastened.
- Attach the back panel to the cabinet frame.
- Install the door hinges onto the cabinet frame and doors.
- Attach the doors to the cabinet.
- Insert the adjustable shelf pins into the desired height positions and place the shelf.
- Attach the door handles.
4.2. Wall Mounting
Proper wall mounting is crucial for the stability and safety of the cabinet. It is recommended to mount the cabinet into wall studs for maximum security.
- Determine the desired mounting location on your wall. Use a stud finder to locate wall studs.
- Mark the drilling points on the wall using the cabinet's mounting holes as a template. Ensure the marks are level.
- Drill pilot holes at the marked locations. If mounting into drywall without studs, use appropriate wall anchors (not included, but recommended for secure installation).
- Align the cabinet with the drilled holes and secure it to the wall using the provided mounting screws.
- Ensure the cabinet is firmly attached and does not wobble.
5. Operating Instructions
Using your Haotian Wall Cabinet is straightforward:
- Opening/Closing Doors: Gently pull the handles to open the cabinet doors. Push them firmly to close.
- Adjusting Shelf Height: To adjust the shelf, remove all items from the shelf. Lift the shelf slightly and pull it out. Re-insert the shelf pins into the desired set of holes, ensuring they are level, then place the shelf back onto the pins.
- Storage Capacity: Distribute weight evenly on the shelf and within the cabinet. Do not exceed the maximum weight limit of 99.21 pounds.

6. Maintenance

- Hardware Check: Periodically check all screws, hinges, and mounting hardware to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten as needed to maintain stability.
- Avoid Overloading: Do not place excessively heavy items on the shelves or within the cabinet, as this can cause structural damage or instability.
7. Troubleshooting

- Cabinet Wobbles After Installation: Ensure all mounting screws are securely fastened into wall studs or appropriate heavy-duty anchors. Check that the wall surface is flat and even.
- Doors Do Not Close Properly: Check the alignment of the hinges. Hinges can often be adjusted with a screwdriver to ensure proper door closure and alignment. Ensure no items inside the cabinet are obstructing the doors.
