Important Safety Instructions

Setup Instructions

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove the humidifier from its packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
  2. Placement: Place the humidifier on a firm, flat, water-resistant surface. Ensure it is at least 12 inches (30 cm) away from walls, furniture, and other appliances to allow for proper mist dispersion.
  3. Fill Water Tank:
    • Turn the control knob to the "min" or "off" position.
    • Unplug the humidifier from the power outlet.
    • Carefully remove the water tank from the base.
    • Unscrew the cap at the bottom of the tank.
    • Fill the tank with clean, cool tap water. Distilled water is recommended to minimize mineral buildup. Do not fill past the MAX line.
    • Securely screw the cap back onto the tank.
    • Place the filled water tank back onto the humidifier base, ensuring it is seated correctly.

Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Plug the humidifier into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet. The LED light will illuminate, indicating the unit is powered.
  2. Adjust Mist Output: Turn the control knob clockwise from the "min" position to your desired mist level. The mist will begin to emerge from the cool mist outlet within one to two minutes.
  3. Power Off: To turn off the humidifier, rotate the control knob counter-clockwise to the "min" or "off" position and unplug the unit from the power outlet.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning is essential to prevent mineral buildup, bacteria, and mold growth, ensuring optimal performance and healthy mist output.

  1. Preparation: Always turn off the humidifier and unplug it from the power outlet before cleaning.
  2. Empty Tank: Remove the water tank from the base and pour out any remaining water.
  3. Clean Tank: Apply a cleaning solution (e.g., a mixture of white vinegar and water) into the tank. Use a soft brush to clean the inside of the tank thoroughly. Rinse the tank with clear water until all cleaning solution is removed.
  4. Clean Base: Wipe the inside of the humidifier base with a soft, dry cloth. Do not immerse the base in water.
  5. Drying: Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling or storing the humidifier.
  6. Storage: When not in use, ensure the humidifier is clean and dry before storing it in a cool, dry place.
