The Readybed MYFirst Ready Bed is designed for comfortable and convenient sleeping solutions, particularly suitable for children. It combines a comfortable mattress and a sleeping bag in one portable unit.

2. Safety Information

  • Always supervise children when using the Ready Bed.
  • Keep away from open flames, heaters, and other heat sources.
  • Do not use in or near water.
  • Ensure the inflation valve is securely closed after inflation to prevent air leakage.
  • Do not over-inflate the bed, as this may cause damage.
  • Regularly inspect the bed for any signs of wear or damage. Discontinue use if damage is found.

3. Setup Instructions

3.1 Unpacking

  1. Carefully remove the Ready Bed from its packaging.
  2. Unroll the bed and lay it flat on a clean, level surface, free from sharp objects.

3.2 Inflation

The Ready Bed features an integrated inflatable mattress. An air pump (not included unless specified) is required for inflation.

  1. Locate the inflation valve, typically found on the side or bottom of the mattress section.
  2. Open the valve cap.
  3. Insert the nozzle of your air pump into the valve.
  4. Inflate the mattress until it is firm to the touch but not rigid. Avoid over-inflation.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Using the Ready Bed

  • Once inflated, the Ready Bed is ready for use. The integrated sleeping bag provides warmth and comfort.
  • Ensure the bed is placed on a stable, flat surface.

4.2 Deflation and Storage

  1. Open the inflation valve cap.
  2. Gently press on the mattress to assist air expulsion. For faster deflation, an air pump with a deflate function can be used.
  3. Once deflated, fold or roll the Ready Bed neatly. Ensure all air is expelled to achieve the most compact storage size.
  4. Store the deflated Ready Bed in its original carry bag (if provided) in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning Instructions

Product Care Instructions: Dry Clean Only.

  • For general cleaning, wipe the surface of the bed with a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow to air dry completely before storing.
  • For thorough cleaning of the fabric components, follow the "Dry Clean Only" instruction. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
  • Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the material.

5.2 Repairing Minor Punctures

In the event of a minor puncture:

  1. Locate the puncture. This can often be done by inflating the bed and applying soapy water to the surface; bubbles will form at the leak site.
  2. Ensure the area around the puncture is clean and dry.
  3. Apply a repair patch (often included with inflatable products, or available separately) according to the patch manufacturer's instructions.
  4. Allow sufficient drying time before re-inflating the bed.
