Setup
1. Charging the Headset
Before first use, fully charge your headset. Connect the provided USB-A to Micro-USB charging cable to the charging port located at the bottom of the headset. Plug the USB-A end into a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter). The indicator light on the headset will show charging status.

2. Powering On/Off
To power on the headset, slide the power switch located on the back of the earpiece to the On position. To power off, slide the switch to the Off position.
3. Pairing with a Device
- With the headset powered off, slide the power switch to the On position and hold it until the indicator light flashes red and blue, indicating pairing mode.
- On your smartphone or tablet, enable Bluetooth and search for new devices.
- Select "PLT V5200" from the list of available devices.
- Once paired, the indicator light will stop flashing and remain solid blue.
Operating the Headset
Wearing the Headset
The Plantronics Voyager 5200 is designed for comfortable wear on either ear. The microphone boom can be rotated to position it optimally for your mouth, regardless of which ear you wear the headset on. Adjust the earpiece to ensure a secure and comfortable fit.

Call Management
- Answer/End Call: Press the Call button once.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the Call button for 2 seconds.
- Mute/Unmute: Press the Mute button on the microphone boom.
- Volume Control: Use the Volume Up (+) and Volume Down (-) buttons located on the top of the earpiece.
Voice Commands
The headset supports voice commands for hands-free operation. When an incoming call is detected, the headset will announce the caller. You can then say "Answer" or "Ignore" to manage the call.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the headset with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Storage: Store the headset in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures.
- Earpiece Replacement: Replace earpieces as needed for hygiene and optimal fit. Additional earpieces are included.
