3. Setup

3.1 Battery Installation

The LP1200V2 flashlight requires 9 AA alkaline batteries for operation. These batteries are typically included with your purchase.

  1. Unscrew the tail cap of the flashlight by turning it counter-clockwise.
  2. Insert the 9 AA batteries into the battery compartment, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the flashlight.
  3. Carefully screw the tail cap back on by turning it clockwise until it is securely tightened. Avoid over-tightening.

Note: Always use fresh batteries of the same type and brand for optimal performance. Remove batteries if the flashlight will not be used for an extended period to prevent leakage.

4. Operating Instructions

The LP1200V2 flashlight features a single button for power and mode selection.

4.1 Power On/Off

  • To turn the flashlight ON, press the power button located on the side of the flashlight. It will activate in High mode.
  • To turn the flashlight OFF, press the power button again when it is in Low mode, or cycle through the modes until it turns off.

4.2 Mode Selection

The LP1200V2 has three operating modes: High, Low, and Strobe.

  • High Mode: Provides maximum brightness (775 lumens). This is the default mode when the flashlight is turned on.
  • Low Mode: Provides reduced brightness (290 lumens) for extended battery life.
  • Strobe Mode: A hidden function that provides a flashing light for signaling or disorienting.

To cycle through the modes (High > Low > Off), quickly press the power button. To activate the hidden Strobe mode, press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds from any mode.

5. Maintenance
