  • Cleaning: Dust the clock regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Battery Replacement: Replace all three C-type batteries when the clock's timekeeping becomes inaccurate or the cuckoo sound weakens or stops.
  • Placement: Avoid placing the clock in direct sunlight or near extreme temperature changes, as this may affect its performance and appearance.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your cuckoo clock, please refer to the following common solutions:

  • Clock not keeping accurate time:
    • Check if the batteries are fresh and correctly installed.
    • Ensure the minute hand is not obstructed.
  • Cuckoo sound is not working:
    • Verify that the batteries are fresh and correctly installed.
    • Check the volume adjustment button on the back of the clock to ensure it is not set to minimum or off.
    • Confirm the room is adequately lit; the night sensor will silence the cuckoo in darkness.
