6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your GODOX V350S, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Flash does not fire. | Low battery, incorrect mode, flash not securely mounted, camera settings. | Charge battery, check flash mode (TTL/M), ensure flash is securely mounted and locked, verify camera flash settings. |
| Flash output is too weak/strong. | Incorrect flash exposure compensation (FEC), manual power setting, distance to subject. | Adjust FEC, change manual power setting, ensure appropriate distance to subject. |
| Flash does not sync with high shutter speeds. | HSS not enabled or camera/flash incompatibility. | Ensure HSS is enabled on both flash and camera. Check camera compatibility. |
| Wireless trigger not working. | Incorrect channel/group, distance, interference. | Verify flash and trigger are on the same channel and group. Reduce distance, check for obstructions. |
If the problem persists after trying these solutions, please contact GODOX customer support.
