Setup
- Unpack the Device: Carefully remove the watt meter from its packaging.
- Initial Power-Up: Plug the watt meter directly into a standard 120V AC wall socket. The LCD display will illuminate.
- Reset (Optional): If an abnormal display appears or buttons are unresponsive, press the RESET button (small pinhole) using a thin object like a paperclip.
- Set Overload Power: Before use, ensure the overload power is set to 1800W to prevent damage. Refer to the "Operating" section for setting parameters.
- Connect Appliance: Plug the appliance you wish to monitor into the socket on the front of the watt meter.

Operating Instructions
The kuman Watt Meter features 7 display modes, accessible via the FUNCTION button. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to adjust settings, and the COST button to configure electricity rates.
Display Modes:

- Mode 1: Time/Watt/Cost - Displays cumulative time, current power consumption (Watts), and total cost.
- Mode 2: Time/Cumulative Electrical Quantity (kWh) - Shows cumulative time and total energy consumed in kilowatt-hours.
- Mode 3: Time/Voltage/Frequency - Displays cumulative time, current voltage (V), and frequency (Hz).
- Mode 4: Time/Current/Power Factor - Shows cumulative time, current (Amps), and power factor.
- Mode 5: Time/Minimum Power - Displays cumulative time and the lowest recorded power consumption (Lo).
- Mode 6: Time/Maximum Power - Shows cumulative time and the highest recorded power consumption (Hi).
- Mode 7: Time/Unit Price - Displays cumulative time and the set unit price of electricity. This mode can be accessed directly by pressing the COST button.
Setting Electricity Cost:
- Press the COST button to enter cost setting mode (Mode 7).
- The unit price will flash. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to adjust the value.
- Press FUNCTION to move to the next digit or to confirm the setting.
- Once set, the meter will calculate the cost based on the energy consumed.
