3. Setup

Follow these steps to set up your Monopoly Break the Bank game:

1. Unfold the game board and place it on a flat playing surface.
2. Place the Fortune Wheel in the designated center area of the board.
3. Each player chooses a plastic token and places it on the 'GO' space.
4. Separate the Monopoly money by denomination. The bank holds all money not distributed to players.

6. Place the 40 houses near the board, accessible to all players.

4. Operating Instructions (How to Play)

Monopoly Break the Bank is designed for 2 to 4 players. The objective is to be the wealthiest player when the bank runs out of money.

Game Flow:

1. Starting the Game: The youngest player goes first, and play proceeds clockwise.
2. Player Turn: On your turn, roll both dice and move your token clockwise around the board the corresponding number of spaces.
3. Landing on Spaces:
   • Properties: If you land on an unowned property, you may buy it. If you land on an owned property, you must pay rent to the owner.
   • Fortune Wheel Spaces: If you land on a space that directs you to the Fortune Wheel, spin the wheel and follow the instructions. Outcomes can include winning money, losing money, moving spaces, or other actions.
   • Other Spaces: Follow instructions on other spaces such as 'GO', 'Jail', 'Free Parking', etc.
4. Building Houses: Once you own all properties in a color group, you can build houses on them during your turn.
5. Bankruptcy: If you cannot pay what you owe, you are bankrupt and out of the game.
6. Winning the Game: The game ends when the bank's money supply is depleted. The player with the most money (cash + value of properties) is declared the winner.
