Setup

Unpacking and Initial Inspection

Carefully unpack all components and verify that the following items are included:

  • Camera Body

Attaching the Lens

  1. Remove the body cap from the camera and the rear lens cap from the lens.
  2. Align the white dot on the lens with the white dot on the camera body.
  3. Mount the lens by rotating it clockwise until it clicks into place.

Inserting the Battery and Memory Card

  1. Open the battery/memory card cover on the bottom of the camera.
  2. Insert the battery with the correct orientation until it locks into place.
  3. Insert an SDXC memory card into the slot until it clicks.
  4. Close the cover securely.

Charging the Battery

Connect the camera to the charger using the supplied USB cable. The charging indicator will illuminate. A full charge takes approximately 4 hours.

Operating the Camera

Power On/Off

To power on the camera, slide the power switch located on the top plate. To power off, slide it again.

Basic Photography Modes

The Fujifilm X-T100 offers various shooting modes:

  • SR+ AUTO: Automatically optimizes settings for the scene.
  • P (Program AE): Camera sets aperture and shutter speed for optimal exposure.
  • A (Aperture Priority AE): You set the aperture, camera sets shutter speed.
