Extension and Retraction
The mount can extend out to 16.7 inches from the wall and retract back to a slim 2.81 inches, saving valuable space when not in use.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your TV mount.
- Cleaning: Wipe the mount with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Check Connections: Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight and secure. Re-tighten if necessary.
- Inspect for Damage: Regularly inspect the mount for any signs of wear, damage, or corrosion. If any issues are found, discontinue use and contact customer support.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your TV mount, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- TV is not level: Use the post-installation leveling adjustment feature to fine-tune the TV's horizontal position. Ensure the wall plate was installed level initially.
- Mount movement is stiff: The pivot points may be too tight. Loosen the bolts at the articulating joints slightly with an appropriate wrench (Allen wrench or crescent wrench) until desired movement is achieved. Do not over-loosen.
- Mount feels unstable: Immediately remove the TV from the mount. Re-check all wall and TV connections to ensure they are securely fastened to appropriate studs or concrete/brick. Verify that the TV weight does not exceed the mount's capacity.
- Missing hardware: Refer to the package contents list. If parts are missing, contact USX MOUNT customer support for replacements.
