Setup
1. Installing the CO2 Cartridge
- Ensure the air pistol is unloaded and the safety is engaged.
- Locate the CO2 cartridge compartment in the grip.
- Open the compartment cover.
- Insert a new 12-gram CO2 cartridge into the compartment with the narrow neck facing upwards.
- Close the compartment cover firmly. The lever mechanism will pierce the CO2 cartridge, sealing it in place.

2. Loading Pellets into the Magazine
- Remove the 20-round belt-fed pellet magazine from the air pistol.
- Open the magazine to expose the pellet belt.
- Carefully insert .177 caliber pellets into each chamber of the belt. Ensure pellets are seated correctly and not protruding.
- Close the magazine securely.

3. Inserting the Magazine
- With the CO2 cartridge installed and the magazine loaded, insert the magazine firmly into the grip of the air pistol until it clicks into place.
Operating Instructions
Firing the Air Pistol
- Ensure you are in a safe shooting environment and wearing appropriate eye protection.
- Point the air pistol in a safe direction.
- Disengage the safety.
- Aim at your target using the fixed front sight and adjustable rear sight.
- Pull the trigger to fire. The air pistol features a realistic blowback action.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your air pistol.
- Cleaning: Keep the exterior of the air pistol clean using a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals.
- Lubrication: Apply a small amount of silicone oil to the CO2 cartridge seal periodically to maintain a good seal and prevent leaks.
- Pellet Choice: For best performance, use high-quality .177 caliber pellets. Optimal pellet weight range is 5.0gr - 7.5gr.
- Storage: Store the air pistol in a cool, dry place, unloaded and with the CO2 cartridge removed. Keep it out of reach of children and unauthorized users.
Note on Disassembly: The Sig Sauer X-Five Air Pistol is not designed for user disassembly beyond basic magazine and CO2 cartridge removal. Attempting to disassemble the pistol further may void the warranty and cause damage.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your air pistol, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
