Setup Instructions

Note: This assembly requires a minimum of 4 people.

  1. Prepare the Area: Choose a flat, clear, and level outdoor space. Remove any sharp objects or debris.
  2. Unpack Components: Carefully unpack all parts and lay them out on the ground, verifying against the parts list.
  3. Assemble the Frame: Connect the steel tubes according to the diagram (refer to product packaging or online resources for detailed frame diagrams if available). Start by assembling the roof frame, then attach the leg poles. Ensure all connections are secure.

  5. Install Side Panels: Attach the zipped door panel and the two windowed side panels to the frame using the Velcro attachments. You can choose the placement of these panels as desired. Solid side panels can be installed similarly.
  6. Secure the Gazebo: Insert the 4 ground stakes through the feet of the gazebo and firmly into the ground. Attach the 4 guy ropes to the corners of the roof frame and stake them into the ground at an angle, ensuring they are taut to provide stability.

Operating Instructions

Your Oypla gazebo is designed to provide temporary shelter. Follow these guidelines for optimal use:

  • Entry and Exit: Use the zipped door panel for easy entry and exit. Ensure the zipper is operated smoothly to prevent damage.
  • Ventilation: The windowed side panels can be rolled up or removed to provide ventilation. Adjust as needed based on weather conditions.
  • Weather Monitoring: Continuously monitor weather conditions. If strong winds, heavy rain, or other severe weather is forecast, disassemble the gazebo immediately.
  • Stability Check: Periodically check that ground stakes and guy ropes remain secure and taut. Re-tension if necessary.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning the Cover: Clean the PE cover with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the material. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storage.
