Loading Racks and Food

The oven comes with four 17.3" x 26" racks. The door hinge opens to a 90-degree angle for easy removal and insertion of trays. Distribute food evenly on the racks to ensure optimal air circulation and even cooking.

Using the Timer and Continuous Function

  • Continuous Operation: To keep the oven running continuously, turn the Timer Knob counter-clockwise past the "OFF" position to the "MANUAL" or continuous setting. The oven will remain on until the knob is manually turned to "OFF".

Steam Injection System

The oven features a steam injection system to manually control humidity, which is beneficial for achieving brown and crisp pastries and breads. If the food inside the oven is drying out, press the Humidity/Spray Switch button during cooking to add moisture inside the chamber.

Dual Auto-Reversing Fans

The dual, self-reversing fans promote air circulation for even, uniform cooking throughout the oven cavity. This feature helps eliminate hot spots and ensures consistent results.

Safety Cut-Out Switch

The oven is equipped with a safety cut-out switch. When the timer goes off, the unit will shut down automatically. This feature enhances safety and prevents overcooking.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Daily Cleaning

  1. Always unplug the oven and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Remove all racks and clean them with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
  3. Wipe the interior stainless steel chamber with a damp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. For stubborn stains, a specialized stainless steel cleaner can be used. Avoid abrasive pads or harsh chemicals that could scratch the surface.
  4. Clean the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth. Do not spray water directly onto the control panel or electrical components.
  5. Ensure all surfaces are dry before plugging the oven back in.

Regular Checks

  • Periodically inspect the power cord for any signs of damage.
  • Ensure the door seal is intact and free of debris to maintain proper heat retention.
  • Check that the fans are operating smoothly and quietly.
