Product Overview
This manual provides essential information regarding the Adcraft LR-2 Adjustable Heated Plate Lowerator, 2 Tube 8"-12". It is crucial to read this manual thoroughly before setting up, operating, or maintaining the equipment. Failure to adhere to the maintenance guidelines may void the warranty.

Warnings
- Do not touch hot surfaces.

- Unplug the cord from the outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
- Plug only into a 3-hole grounded electrical outlet of the appropriate voltage.
- Do not operate unattended.
- Do not use this unit for anything other than its intended use.
- Always use on a firm, dry, and level surface at least 12" (30 cm) from walls or any other obstruction.
- Do not use if the unit has a damaged cord or plug, if the appliance malfunctions, or has been damaged in any manner.
- Keep children and animals away from the unit.
- Incorrect installation, alterations, adjustments, and/or improper maintenance can lead to property loss and injury. All repairs should be performed by authorized professionals only.
- Ensure that the designated power supply is adequate for continual usage.
Installation
- Remove the unit from the box and ensure all plastic, tape, and packing materials are removed.
- Place the unit on a flat, secure surface with at least 12" (30 cm) of open space around all sides.
- Verify that an outlet of the correct voltage (120V) for this item is nearby. Do not use an extension cord; this item must be plugged directly into an outlet.
Spring Adjustment
The adjustable tubes are set to a factory default. To adjust the tube size, follow these steps:
- Lift up the limited post and rotate it to the desired position.
- Lower the post and insert it into the locating hole below.
- Stack a couple of plates on the holder and check to see if they fit.
To Use
- Plug the unit into an outlet of the appropriate voltage.
- Turn the thermostat dial clockwise to heat up the unit.
- Once the unit is warmed up, set the thermostat to the desired temperature.
Note: During the first use, a slight odor may be present. When moving the unit, always use the cart handle. Remember to lock the castors once the unit is in place and ready for use.
Cleaning
To maintain cleanliness and increase service life, this item should be cleaned daily. Do not immerse the unit in water or any other liquid, as liquid entering the electrical compartment may cause a short circuit or electrical shock.
- Before cleaning or attempting to move the item, turn off, unplug, and allow the unit to cool completely.
- Wipe the entire unit with a clean, soft cloth until it is completely dry.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads to avoid damage to the unit.
- If soap or chemical cleaners are used, ensure they are completely rinsed away with clean water immediately after cleaning. Chemical residue could damage or corrode the unit's surfaces.
To avoid serious injury or damage, never attempt to repair or replace a damaged power cord yourself. Contact a professional repair service.
Troubleshooting

A copy of the original receipt or other proof of purchase is required for warranty coverage. This warranty applies only to the original owner and is not assignable.
If a product fails to function as intended under normal use, ACE will, at its discretion, repair, replace with a refurbished unit, or replace with a new unit after inspection and defect confirmation. ACE is not liable for extended delays in replacement beyond its control. This warranty does not cover rubber and non-metallic synthetic parts subject to normal usage, wear, or lack of preventative maintenance.
This warranty covers products shipped into the 48 contiguous United States, Hawaii, and metropolitan areas of Alaska and Canada. Warranty coverage for products used outside these areas may vary. Contact ACE at 1-800-223-7750 for details.
Conditions Not Covered by Warranty:
- Equipment failure due to improper installation, utility connection, or supply issues, or problems due to improper ventilation.
- Equipment not properly maintained, damage from improper cleaning, water damage to controls.
- Equipment used inappropriately, or subject to misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, alteration, negligence, damage during transit, delivery, or installation, fire, flood, riot, or act of God.
- Equipment with removed or altered model number or serial number.
- Equipment with a broken security seal.
ACE is not liable for damages resulting from equipment that has been changed, altered, modified, or repaired without express written permission from ACE.
This equipment is intended for commercial use only. This warranty is void if the equipment is used in other than a commercial application.
