1. Introduction

3. Setup

3.1. Charging the 3.6V Rechargeable Screwdriver

Before first use, fully charge the 3.6V lithium-ion screwdriver. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the Micro USB socket on the screwdriver and plug the other end into a compatible USB power source (e.g., a laptop, USB wall adapter, or car charger). The LED indicator on the screwdriver will typically show charging status. A full charge ensures optimal performance and battery life.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Using the 3.6V Rechargeable Screwdriver

To operate the screwdriver, select the appropriate bit from the included sets and insert it firmly into the magnetic bit holder. Press the trigger to activate. The screwdriver features forward and reverse functions, typically controlled by a switch near the trigger. The integrated LED worklight illuminates the work area for improved visibility.

4.2. General Hand Tool Usage

Each hand tool in the kit is designed for specific tasks. Always select the correct tool for the job to ensure safety and efficiency. For example, use the claw hammer for driving or removing nails, the adjustable wrench for tightening or loosening nuts and bolts, and the various pliers for gripping, bending, or cutting. The torpedo level is essential for ensuring surfaces are perfectly horizontal or vertical.

4.3. Utility Knife Safety

The 18mm utility knife is extremely sharp. Always extend only the necessary amount of blade for the cut and retract it fully when not in use. Use caution and cut away from your body. Replace blades using the provided snap-off mechanism when they become dull to maintain cutting efficiency and safety.

5. Maintenance

Proper maintenance will extend the life and performance of your WORKPRO tool kit:

6. Troubleshooting

6.1. Screwdriver Not Charging

• Check Connections: Ensure the USB charging cable is securely plugged into both the screwdriver and the power source.
• Verify Power Source: Confirm that the USB power source is active and providing power. Try a different USB port or wall adapter.
• Battery Condition: If the screwdriver has been stored for a long time without charge, the battery might be deeply discharged. Allow it to charge for an extended period (e.g., 4-6 hours). If it still doesn't charge, the battery may need replacement.

6.2. Tools Showing Signs of Rust

• Clean Immediately: Wipe off any moisture or corrosive substances immediately after use.
• Dry Storage: Always store tools in a dry environment. Avoid leaving them in damp areas like garages or sheds without proper humidity control.
