4. Setup and Assembly

Before first use, wash all detachable parts in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. The main motor unit should only be wiped with a damp cloth.

4.1 Assembling the Food Processor

1. Place the food processor bowl onto the motor unit, aligning the arrow on the bowl with the arrow on the motor unit. Turn clockwise until it locks into place.
2. Insert the desired blade or disc onto the central shaft within the bowl.
3. Place the lid onto the food processor bowl, ensuring it is securely locked. The appliance will not operate if the lid is not correctly positioned and locked.

4.2 Assembling the Blender

1. Ensure the blender blade assembly is securely fitted into the bottom of the blender jar.
2. Place the blender jar onto the motor unit, aligning it properly. Turn clockwise until it locks into place.
3. Secure the blender lid onto the jar.

5. Operating Instructions

The Arnica Prokit 444 Plus features an 800 Watt motor and 3 different speed settings, plus a pulse function for optimal control.

5.1 Using the Speed Settings and Pulse Function

• Once assembled and ingredients are added, plug in the appliance.
• Turn the control knob to select one of the 3 speed settings (1, 2, or 3) for continuous operation.
• For short bursts of power or to achieve a coarse chop, turn the knob to the 'Pulse' (P) setting and hold. Release to stop.
• Always turn the knob to 'Off' (O) before unplugging or changing attachments.

5.2 Recommended Uses

• Chopping: Use the steel slicing blade for vegetables, nuts, and herbs.
• Shredding/Grating: Attach the appropriate grating disc for cheese, carrots, or other vegetables.
• Blending: Use the blender jar for smoothies, soups, and sauces.
• Dough Mixing: The dough mixer attachment is suitable for light doughs.
• Juicing: Utilize the citrus juicer for fresh citrus juices or the solid fruit juicer for other fruits.
• Cream Whipping: The cream attachment helps in whipping cream to perfection.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your food processor.

• Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
• All detachable parts (bowls, lids, blades, discs, juicers, etc.) should be washed by hand in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately.
• Exercise extreme caution when handling sharp blades and discs.
• The main motor unit should be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they may damage the surfaces.

• Appliance does not turn on:
