Setup
Before first use, ensure the mixer is unplugged from the power outlet.
- Select the appropriate attachments for your task. Use beaters for general mixing and creaming, dough hooks for kneading, and the balloon whisk for whipping air into ingredients.
- Insert the chosen attachments into the openings on the underside of the mixer. Push firmly until they click into place. Ensure the attachments are fully seated before use.

Operating Instructions
- After attaching the desired beaters, plug the mixer into a standard electrical outlet.
- Place the beaters into the ingredients you wish to mix.
- Slide the speed control switch to the desired setting (1-5). Start with a lower speed to prevent splashing, then gradually increase as needed.
- For an extra burst of power, press and hold the "TURBO" button. Release the button to return to the selected speed.
- When mixing is complete, slide the speed control switch to "0" (off) and unplug the mixer.
- To remove attachments, press the "EJECT" button firmly. The attachments will release from the mixer.
