Introduction
The Baby Jogger City Elite Double is an all-terrain deluxe swivel wheel stroller designed for comfort and convenience for two children. This manual provides essential information for the safe assembly, operation, and maintenance of your stroller. Note: The City Elite is an all-terrain stroller. It is not intended for jogging purposes.

- Never leave children unattended in the stroller.

- Ensure the stroller is fully erected and locked before placing children inside.

- The parking brake must be engaged when placing and removing children.
- Do not overload the storage basket or seat back pockets.
- This stroller is not suitable for jogging or running.
Setup and Assembly
- Unfolding the Stroller: Release the frame lock. Lift the handlebar firmly until the stroller clicks into place. Ensure both sides are fully locked and the frame is rigid.
- Attaching Wheels: Insert the rear wheels into the axle until they click securely. Attach the front wheels by pushing them into the housing until they lock. Pull on the wheels to ensure they are firmly attached.
- Adjusting Handlebar: Press the buttons on the sides of the handlebar and adjust to your desired height. Release buttons to lock the handlebar in position.
- Seat Recline: Use the strap and buckle system located behind each seat to adjust the recline angle. Pull the strap to recline, and push the buckle up the strap to raise the seat.
- Canopy Attachment: Ensure the canopies are securely attached to the frame at their designated points.
Operating the Stroller
Braking System
To engage the parking brake, push the red brake lever located on the handlebar downwards until it locks. To release, lift the lever upwards. Always ensure the brake is fully engaged when the stroller is stationary and when placing or removing children.
Harness System
Secure each child using the 5-point harness. Insert each buckle tongue into the center buckle until it clicks. Adjust shoulder straps to the appropriate height and tighten all straps for a snug, secure fit. To release, press the button on the center buckle.
