Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Waterproofing: The V6 Pro has an IP65 waterproof rating, meaning it is protected against dust and low-pressure water jets. While it can withstand rain, avoid submerging the unit in water.
- Battery Care: For optimal battery life, avoid fully discharging the unit frequently. Charge it regularly, especially if storing for extended periods.
- Storage: Store the unit in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
Troubleshooting
- No Power: Ensure the unit is fully charged. If it still doesn't power on, try a different charging cable or power adapter.
- Cannot Pair: Ensure both devices are in pairing mode (flashing red and blue alternately). Keep devices close during pairing. If issues persist, try resetting both units (refer to manual for specific reset instructions if available).
- Poor Sound Quality: Check speaker and microphone placement inside the helmet. Ensure the microphone is not obstructed and is positioned correctly to minimize wind noise. Verify volume levels on both the intercom and connected Bluetooth device.
- Intercom Disconnects: Ensure units are within the effective communication range (up to 1200m). Obstacles and interference can reduce range.
- Bluetooth Device Not Connecting: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the V6 Pro is in pairing mode. Forget the device on your phone/GPS and try pairing again.
