Connecting the Docking Station
- Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the docking station's DC IN port and then into a wall outlet.
- Connect to Host Device: Use the provided USB-C to C host cable to connect the docking station to your laptop's USB-C port.
- Connect Displays:
- For DisplayPort monitors: Connect DisplayPort cables from your monitors to the DisplayPort outputs on the docking station.
- For HDMI monitors: Connect HDMI cables from your monitors to the HDMI outputs on the docking station.
- The dock supports dual 4K Ultra HD monitor video via 2 DisplayPort (DP 1.2a) and 2 HDMI (HDMI 2.0) ports, allowing for a mix of both.
- Connect Peripherals: Plug your USB devices (keyboard, mouse, external drives), Ethernet cable, and audio devices (speakers, microphones, earphones) into the corresponding ports on the docking station.

Driver Installation
For optimal performance and full functionality, especially with certain operating systems like macOS (including M1 MacBooks), it may be necessary to install DisplayLink drivers. Please visit the official DisplayLink website and download the latest drivers compatible with your operating system. Follow the on-screen instructions for installation and grant any necessary permissions.
Operating the Docking Station
Power and Charging
The docking station delivers power to your connected USB-C laptop up to 100W, ensuring your device remains charged while connected. This feature streamlines your setup by eliminating the need for a separate laptop charger.
Display Configuration
Once connected, your operating system should automatically detect the external monitors. You can then configure your display settings (e.g., extend, duplicate, resolution) through your computer's display settings. The dock supports resolutions up to 4096 x 2160 p60 24bpp color for crisp, clear images.
USB Connectivity
The docking station features four USB 3.0 ports, including one high-powered port designed for charging devices. These ports allow you to connect various USB peripherals such as external hard drives, flash drives, printers, and more, expanding your laptop's connectivity options.

Maintenance

Troubleshooting
No Display Output

- If using macOS, ensure DisplayLink drivers are installed and necessary permissions are granted (refer to Driver Installation section).
- Try restarting your computer and the docking station.
Peripherals Not Responding
- Ensure USB devices are properly plugged into the docking station's USB ports.
- Try connecting the peripheral directly to your laptop to confirm it functions independently.
- Restart the docking station and your computer.
Laptop Not Charging
- Confirm the docking station's power adapter is securely connected to both the dock and a working power outlet.
- Ensure your laptop supports USB-C Power Delivery and that the USB-C cable is capable of power delivery.
- Verify that the correct power tip is used if your laptop requires one.
