3. Setup and Installation

3.1 Power over Ethernet (PoE) Connection

This camera utilizes Power over Ethernet (PoE) for simplified installation, requiring only a single Ethernet cable for both power and video transmission. Connect the provided Cat5e Ethernet cable from the camera directly to a compatible Swann NVR (Network Video Recorder) unit. The NVR unit is sold separately.
