Sykik SRTP300
Sykik Rider SRTP300 Wireless Tire Pressure Monitoring System
Instruction Manual
1. Introduction
The Sykik Rider SRTP300 is a wireless Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) designed specifically for motorcycles. This system provides real-time monitoring of tire pressure and temperature, enhancing riding safety and optimizing tire performance.
Maintaining correct tire pressure is crucial for safe operation, fuel efficiency, and extending tire life. The SRTP300 alerts you to sudden drops in tire pressure, even if still above the minimum setting, allowing for timely intervention.
2. Product Features
- Wireless tire pressure monitor for motorcycles, featuring small and lightweight sensors.
- Equipped with a 1.5-inch water-resistant monitor with a built-in rechargeable battery.
- Default settings for PSI and Fahrenheit, allowing for immediate use after installation.
- Monitor battery life of 9-12 months on a single charge, with sensor battery life extending up to 2 years under normal use.
- Provides real-time alerts (flashing display and beeping) for sudden drops in tire pressure.
3. Package Contents
Please verify that all items listed below are present in your package:

Sykik Rider SRTP300 Monitor and two external sensors.

Complete package contents including monitor, sensors, charging cable, mounting hardware, and tools.
- 1 x SRTP300 Monitor Unit
- 2 x External Tire Pressure Sensors (Front and Rear)
- 1 x USB Charging Cable
- 1 x Mounting Bracket Kit (includes clamp, adhesive pads, and various mounts)
- 1 x Small Wrench and Locking Nuts for Sensors
- 1 x User Manual (this document)
4. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps to set up and install your SRTP300 TPMS:
4.1. Monitor Installation
- Charge the Monitor: Before first use, fully charge the monitor unit using the provided USB cable.
- Attach Mounting Bracket: Select the appropriate mounting hardware from the kit. The kit includes a clamp for handlebar mounting and adhesive pads for other surfaces.Secure the chosen bracket firmly to your motorcycle's handlebar or a suitable flat surface.

Various mounting hardware included for flexible installation.
- Mount the Monitor: Slide the SRTP300 monitor onto the mounting bracket until it clicks securely into place. Ensure it is positioned for easy viewing while riding.
4.2. Sensor Installation
The sensors are labeled 'F' for Front and 'R' for Rear. Install them on the corresponding tire valve stems.
- Prepare Valve Stem: Remove the original valve cap from your tire.
- Install Locking Nut: Screw the provided locking nut onto the valve stem, but do not tighten it yet.
- Install Sensor: Screw the appropriate sensor (F for front, R for rear) onto the valve stem until it is hand-tight. Ensure the internal gasket is properly seated to prevent air leaks.

External sensors for easy installation on tire valve stems.
- Secure Sensor: Slide the locking nut up against the sensor and tighten it using the small wrench provided. This prevents the sensor from loosening during riding.
- Check for Leaks: After installation, apply a small amount of soapy water to the valve stem and sensor connection to check for any air leaks.
The system is designed for immediate use with default PSI and Fahrenheit settings. The sensors should automatically pair with the monitor once installed and the motorcycle is in motion.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Power On/Off
- To power on the monitor, press and hold the power button (usually located on the side or back) until the display illuminates.
- To power off, press and hold the power button again until the display turns off.
5.2. Real-time Monitoring
Once the sensors are installed and the motorcycle is in motion, the monitor will display the real-time tire pressure (in PSI) and temperature (in Fahrenheit) for both front and rear tires.
5.3. Alarm Functions
The SRTP300 is equipped with alarm functions to alert you to critical tire conditions:
- Low Pressure Alarm: If tire pressure drops below the preset low limit, the display will flash red and an audible beeping alarm will sound.
- High Pressure Alarm: If tire pressure exceeds the preset high limit, the display will flash red and an audible beeping alarm will sound.
- High Temperature Alarm: If tire temperature exceeds the preset high limit, the display will flash red and an audible beeping alarm will sound.
- Sudden Leak Alarm: A rapid drop in tire pressure will trigger an immediate alarm, even if the pressure is still above the low limit.
5.4. Parameter Settings (Pressure/Temperature Unit)
To adjust pressure and temperature units:
- Press and hold the SET key to enter the unit setting mode.
- Press the SET key repeatedly to cycle through pressure unit (PSI/BAR) and temperature unit (°F/°C) settings.
- Use the + or - buttons to change the desired unit.
- Press and hold SET to save and exit.
6. Maintenance
- Monitor Charging: Recharge the monitor unit when the battery indicator is low. A full charge typically lasts 9-12 months under normal use.
- Sensor Battery Replacement: The external sensors have a battery life of approximately 2 years. When a sensor battery is low, the monitor will indicate it. To replace, unscrew the sensor, carefully open it, and replace the coin cell battery (e.g., CR1632, refer to sensor markings for exact type). Ensure the gasket is properly seated upon reassembly.
- Gasket Inspection: Periodically inspect the rubber gaskets inside the sensor caps and on the valve stems. Damaged or missing gaskets can lead to air leaks. Replacement gaskets may be available from the manufacturer.
- Cleaning: Clean the monitor and sensors with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Monitor not displaying readings / Sensors not pairing. | Sensors not activated (requires motion), low sensor battery, incorrect sensor placement (F/R), interference. | Ensure sensors are on correct tires (Front/Rear). Ride the motorcycle for a short distance to activate sensors. Check sensor batteries. Re-pair sensors if necessary (refer to advanced settings in full manual). |
| Air leaking from sensor. | Sensor not tightened sufficiently, damaged or missing gasket. | Ensure the locking nut is tightened firmly against the sensor using the provided wrench. Check the internal rubber gasket for damage or proper seating. Replace gasket if necessary. |
| Monitor screen is dim or hard to read in sunlight. | Environmental lighting conditions. | The screen's brightness is fixed. Position the monitor to minimize direct sunlight glare where possible. |
| Inaccurate pressure readings. | Sensor malfunction, comparison with uncalibrated gauge. | Compare readings with a known, calibrated tire pressure gauge. If discrepancies persist, contact customer support. |
| Monitor not holding charge. | Battery degradation, faulty charging cable/port. | Ensure the USB cable is fully inserted and functional. If the issue persists, the internal battery may need replacement or the unit may be faulty. Contact customer support. |
