Battery Installation and Charging
- Open the waterproof back cover of the light unit.
- Insert the provided 1050mAh rechargeable battery into the battery compartment, ensuring correct polarity.
- Close the waterproof back cover securely until it clicks into place. Ensure the seal is clean and free of debris.
- To charge, connect the Micro USB charging cable to the Micro USB charging port on the light unit. The LED Battery Charge Indicator will show charging status.
A full charge provides approximately 1.5 hours of high-light operation, 4 hours of low-light operation, and 6 hours in SOS mode.

Mounting the Light
The Suptig Diving Light comes with a standard GoPro-style mount, allowing for versatile attachment to various action camera accessories. It can be mounted directly to your GoPro housing or other compatible mounts. For use with SLR cameras, a Suptig cold shoe mount adapter (sold separately) is required.

Operating Instructions
Powering On/Off and Mode Selection
The light features a single button for power control and mode cycling. Press the button to cycle through the following modes:
- Normal (HI): Provides maximum brightness (500 Lumens Max, 5500K-6000K) for optimal illumination.
- Power Saving (LOW): Reduces brightness to conserve battery life.
- Flash (SOS): Emits a flashing signal for emergency situations or signaling.
To turn off the light, press and hold the button for a few seconds until the light extinguishes.
Underwater Use
The Suptig Diving Light is designed for reliable underwater performance, tested to be waterproof up to 147 feet (45 meters). Ensure the back cover is securely closed before any water exposure. This light is ideal for snorkeling, scuba diving, and other water activities, providing crucial light to enhance visibility and color in your underwater footage.

Maintenance
Waterproof Seal Care
- After each use, especially in saltwater, rinse the light thoroughly with fresh water.
- Inspect the O-ring seal on the back cover for any dirt, sand, or damage. Clean the O-ring and its groove with a soft, damp cloth.
- Apply a thin layer of silicone grease (not included) to the O-ring periodically to maintain its elasticity and waterproof integrity.
- Store the light in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Battery Care
- Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently to prolong its lifespan.
- If storing for extended periods, charge the battery to approximately 50% and recharge every 3-6 months.
- Use only the provided charging cable or a compatible Micro USB cable for charging.
Troubleshooting
Light Not Turning On
- Ensure the battery is correctly installed and fully charged.
- Check the battery contacts for any corrosion or debris.
- If the light still does not turn on, the battery may need replacement.
Water Leakage
- Immediately remove the light from water if leakage is suspected.
- Open the back cover and thoroughly dry the interior.
- Inspect the O-ring for any damage, cracks, or foreign particles. Replace if necessary.
- Ensure the back cover is closed tightly and correctly aligned before re-entering water.
