5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Brewing Tea
- Fill Kettle: Fill the glass kettle with fresh, cold water to your desired level, ensuring it is between the MIN and MAX fill lines.
- Add Tea: Open the tea basket lid and add your preferred loose leaf tea into the tea basket. Close the tea basket lid securely.
- Insert Tea Basket: Place the tea basket assembly into the kettle, ensuring it is properly seated. Close the main kettle lid.
- Select Tea Type: Place the kettle on the power base. Use the control panel to select your desired tea type (e.g., Black, Green, White, Herbal, Oolong). This will automatically set the optimal brewing temperature and time.
- Adjust Strength (Optional): If desired, use the 'Strength' button to adjust the brew strength (Mild, Medium, Strong, Custom).
- Start Brewing: Press the 'TEA' button to begin the brewing cycle. The tea basket will automatically lower into the hot water.
- Basket Lift: Once the brewing time is complete, the tea basket will automatically lift out of the water to prevent over-steeping.



5.2 Keep Warm Function
After brewing, the tea maker can keep your tea warm for up to 60 minutes. This function activates automatically after the brewing cycle. To manually activate or deactivate, refer to the control panel settings.

5.3 Hot Water Function
