Button Functions Overview
- HR / MIN / SEC: Used to set hours, minutes, and seconds.
- CLEAR: Clears the current timer setting or counter.
- CLOCK/TIMER: Switches between Clock/Count-up mode and the three Count-down timer modes (T1, T2, T3).
- T1 / T2 / T3: Selects one of the three independent count-down timers or stores pre-set times.
- START / STOP: Starts or stops the active timer or stopwatch.
Setting the Clock
- Press the CLOCK/TIMER button until the clock display is active (usually the top display, showing AM/PM if in 12-hour format).
- Press and hold the HR button to set the hour. Press MIN for minutes, and SEC for seconds.
- To switch between 12-hour (AM/PM) and 24-hour formats, press the HR button while the clock is displayed and not in setting mode.
Using Count-Down Timers (T1, T2, T3)
The timer allows for three independent count-down timers. Each can be set and operated separately.
- Press the CLOCK/TIMER button repeatedly until the desired timer (T1, T2, or T3) is highlighted or active on the display.

- Ensure the display shows 00:00:00. If not, press CLEAR to reset it.

- To reset the stopwatch to zero, press CLEAR while the stopwatch is stopped.

Maintenance
Battery Replacement
When the display becomes dim or unresponsive, it is time to replace the batteries. Follow the battery installation steps outlined in the Setup section. Always use two fresh LR44 type batteries for optimal performance.
Cleaning
To clean the timer, wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn marks, a slightly damp cloth can be used. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the timer in water, as this can damage the electronic components.
Troubleshooting
- Timer not turning on or display is blank: Check if the batteries are installed correctly with the correct polarity. Replace with new LR44 batteries if necessary.
- Alarm is too quiet: The timer features a loud alarm designed to be heard across a room. Ensure there are no obstructions covering the speaker on the back of the unit.
- Buttons are unresponsive: Remove and reinsert the batteries to perform a soft reset. If the issue persists, replace the batteries.
- Incorrect time displayed: Follow the 'Setting the Clock' instructions to reset the time.
