Setup and Assembly

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and promotional labels from your food processor.
  2. Clean: Wash the processing bowl, lid, and all attachments in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The motor base can be wiped with a damp cloth.
  3. Position: Place the motor base on a clean, dry, and level surface.
  4. Assemble Bowl: Place the processing bowl onto the motor base, aligning the handle with the locking mechanism on the base. Rotate clockwise until it clicks into place.
  5. Insert Attachment: Select the desired blade or disc and carefully place it onto the central spindle in the bowl.
  6. Secure Lid: Place the lid onto the processing bowl, aligning the feed chute with the bowl handle. Rotate clockwise until it locks securely. The appliance will not operate unless the bowl and lid are correctly assembled and locked.

Operating Your Food Processor

General Operation

  1. Ensure the appliance is correctly assembled and locked.
  2. Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
  3. Add ingredients to the bowl or through the feed chute, depending on the task.
  4. Press the START/PAUSE button to begin processing. For short bursts, use the PULSE button.
  5. To stop, press the START/PAUSE button again or the POWER OFF button.
  6. Always wait for the blade or disc to stop completely before removing the lid.

Slicing and Shredding

Attach the desired slicing or shredding disc. Use the variable slicing disc to adjust thickness from 0.3mm to 8mm. Feed ingredients through the appropriate chute, applying gentle, even pressure with the food pusher.

Chopping and Mixing
