2. Important Safety Information

  • WARNING: This is a travel adapter, NOT a voltage converter. It does not convert electrical voltage. Ensure your electronic devices are dual voltage compatible (100-240V) before use. Using a non-dual voltage device with this adapter in a country with different voltage may damage your device or cause fire.
  • Do not expose the adapter to liquid or moisture.
  • Do not disassemble or modify the adapter.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Unplug the adapter when not in use.

  • Store the adapter in a cool, dry place when not in use.
  • Do not force plugs into the adapter or the adapter into wall outlets.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your OREI Type G Power Plug Adapter, consider the following:

  • Device not charging: Ensure the adapter is fully inserted into the wall outlet. Verify that your device's plug is fully inserted into the adapter. Check if the wall outlet is active.
  • Adapter feels loose in the wall: Some wall outlets may have worn receptacles. Try a different outlet if available.
  • Device damage: If your device is not dual voltage compatible and was used with this adapter in a country with different voltage, it may be damaged. This adapter does not convert voltage.
  • Fuse issue: The adapter is fuse-protected. If power is not being supplied, the fuse may need to be checked or replaced. Consult a qualified technician if you suspect a fuse issue.
