Maintenance
- Battery Replacement: Replace batteries annually or when the low battery indicator (audible alarm or flashing light) activates. Use only new, high-quality alkaline AA batteries.
- Cleaning: Clean the exterior of the safe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
- Lock Mechanism Lubrication: If the handle mechanism becomes stiff or difficult to operate, it may require lubrication. With the door panel removed (if applicable), apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the locking rods and all moving parts of the lock mechanism. Do not use oil-based lubricants as they can attract dust and debris.
- Interior Care: Periodically vacuum or wipe down the interior to prevent dust buildup.
