Setup Instructions
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure you have the directional kit and any necessary mounting hardware.
- Battery Installation: The kit requires one 6V battery (not included). Locate the battery compartment, typically on the underside of the unit. Connect the battery terminals securely.
- Attach to Feeder: Utilize the Quick-Lock modular technology to attach the directional kit to your compatible Moultrie hopper or feeder. Align the kit with the feeder's base and twist until it locks securely into place. No tools are required for this step.

- Orient Directional Shroud: Once attached, rotate the entire directional kit to ensure the 30-degree shroud is pointing in the desired direction for feed distribution. This is crucial for targeted feeding.
Operating Instructions
The Easy Set programmable digital timer provides comprehensive control over your feeding schedule.
- Accessing the Timer: The digital timer is integrated into the unit. Refer to the display and control buttons for programming.
- Setting Current Time: Use the navigation buttons (UP/DOWN/SET) to set the current time and day of the week.
- Programming Feed Times: The timer allows for up to 10 daily feed times. For each feed time, you can set:
- Start Time: The specific hour and minute for feeding.
- Duration: How long the feeder will run (1-60 seconds).
- Days of the Week: Select specific days for each feed time to occur.
- Spin Cast Settings: Choose between Hi, Med, or Low spin cast settings to adjust the feed spread distance.

- Monitoring: The timer display includes a battery level indicator and a feed level estimator, providing real-time information on your feeder's status.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Periodically clean the ABS plastic housing and the metal spin plate to prevent buildup of feed residue, which can affect performance. Ensure the agitating spinner plate is free of debris to maintain proper feed flow.
- Battery Check: Regularly check the battery level indicator on the digital timer. Replace the 6V battery as needed to ensure continuous operation.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, remove the battery and store the unit in a dry, cool place.
