Assembly Instructions
Estimated Assembly Time: 30-60 minutes
Tools Required: Phillips head screwdriver, Allen key (usually included in hardware pack), possibly a rubber mallet.
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent damage. Check against the package contents list.
- Attach Legs to Tabletop: Position the tabletop upside down. Attach the table legs to the designated mounting points on the underside of the tabletop using the provided screws and bolts. Ensure all connections are secure but do not fully tighten yet.
- Install Support Beams: Connect the support beams or crossbars between the legs to provide stability. Use the appropriate hardware as indicated in the diagrams.
- Tighten All Fasteners: Once all components are loosely assembled, carefully turn the table upright. On a level surface, gently rock the table to ensure it sits evenly. Then, progressively tighten all screws and bolts until secure. Do not overtighten.

Operating Instructions
The ROJAPLAST 15/5 Garden Table is designed for outdoor use as a dining or utility surface. Ensure the table is placed on a flat, stable surface to prevent wobbling or tipping. Avoid placing excessively heavy items on the table to prevent structural damage. Always distribute weight evenly.
Maintenance
Proper maintenance will extend the life and preserve the appearance of your natural wood garden table.
- Cleaning: Clean the table regularly with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that can damage the wood finish. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately.
- Wood Treatment: As a natural wood product, the table will benefit from periodic treatment with a suitable wood preservative, stain, or oil, especially if exposed to direct sunlight and rain. This helps protect against weathering, UV damage, and moisture. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for any wood treatment products.
- Weather Protection: During periods of harsh weather (heavy rain, snow, extreme heat), it is recommended to cover the table with a protective cover or store it indoors to prevent premature wear and damage.
- Fastener Check: Periodically check all screws and bolts and tighten them if necessary to maintain stability.
- Addressing Scratches/Dents: Minor scratches or dents can often be sanded lightly and re-treated with wood oil or stain to blend in.
Troubleshooting
- Table is wobbly:
- Ensure the table is placed on a completely level surface. Check all assembly screws and bolts and tighten them securely. If the surface is uneven, use shims under the legs to stabilize.
- Wood discoloration or fading:
- This is a natural process for untreated wood exposed to the elements. Apply a wood preservative, stain, or oil to restore color and protect the wood. Regular maintenance as described in the "Maintenance" section will help prevent this.
- Cracks or splits in the wood:
- Small hairline cracks are common in natural wood due to changes in humidity and temperature. These are usually cosmetic and do not affect structural integrity. For larger cracks, consult a wood repair specialist or apply a suitable wood filler and sealant.
