The TimeMoto TM-616 Employee Time Clock is designed for efficient and secure time management for up to 200 users. This device allows employees to register their working hours using personal RFID badge cards, RFID key fobs, or PIN identification numbers. It integrates seamlessly with TimeMoto Cloud software for comprehensive time tracking, scheduling, and reporting.

The TM-616 calculates and manages total time worked, overtime, project time, and absence. Its sleek design features a 2.8-inch TFT display for clear information display. Data is stored locally and securely even if the connection is lost, ensuring continuous operation.

3. Setup Guide

3.1 Unpacking and Initial Inspection

Carefully unpack the TimeMoto TM-616 and verify that all components listed in the "What's in the Box" section are present. Inspect the device for any visible damage. If any items are missing or damaged, contact customer support immediately.

3.2 Mounting the Device

The TM-616 is designed for easy wall mounting. Use the included wall mount hardware to securely attach the device to a suitable surface. Ensure the mounting location allows for easy access to the device and power outlet, and is within range of your Wi-Fi network or close to an Ethernet port.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Employee Clocking Methods

Employees can clock in and out using one of the following secure methods:

Two ways to clock in/out: RFID Tap & Go with a badge or key fob, and PIN with 4-8 digit codes.

4.2 Project-Based Clocking

For project-based time tracking, employees can select a specific project or enter a project code directly on the device. Comments can also be added if necessary before confirming the clocking action. This feature allows for detailed allocation of working hours to specific tasks or projects.

4.3 TimeMoto Cloud Software Integration

To fully utilize the TM-616's capabilities, integrate it with the TimeMoto Cloud software. This cloud-based platform provides:
