5. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps to sanitize your tools:

  1. Power On and Heat: Turn on the sanitizer using the power switch located on the front of the unit. The indicator light will illuminate. Allow the unit to heat up for approximately 12 minutes. The second indicator light will turn on when the unit has reached the optimal operating temperature.
  2. Insert Tools: Once the second light illuminates, carefully insert the clean, dry metal tools into the glass beads. Ensure the tools are fully submerged in the beads for effective sanitization.
  3. Sanitization Cycle: Allow the tools to remain in the heated glass beads for a minimum of 3 minutes for complete sanitization.
  4. Remove Tools: Using heat-resistant tongs or gloves, carefully remove the sanitized tools from the unit. The tools will be extremely hot.
  5. Cool Down: Place the hot tools on a clean, heat-resistant surface and allow them to cool completely before handling or storing.
  6. Power Off: When finished, turn off the power switch and unplug the unit from the electrical outlet.
