Setup
1. Speaker Connection
- Ensure the amplifier is powered off and unplugged.
- Connect your passive speakers to the SPEAKERS (RIGHT/LEFT) binding posts. Match the positive (+) terminal on the amplifier to the positive terminal on the speaker, and the negative (-) to negative.
- Use high-quality speaker wire for optimal performance.
2. Source Component Connection
Connect your audio sources to the appropriate inputs on the rear panel:
- Turntable: Connect to the PHONO (MM) input. Ensure the turntable's ground wire is connected to the amplifier's GND terminal.
- Digital Sources (TV, CD Player): Use OPTICAL 1, OPTICAL 2, or COAXIAL inputs.
- Analog Sources (Streamer, Cassette Deck): Connect to the AUX input using RCA cables.
3. Subwoofer Connection (Optional)
- Connect an active subwoofer to the SUBW OUT RCA jack.

4. Power Connection

Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- To Power On: Press the volume knob on the front panel or the POWER button on the remote control. The unit will take a few seconds to boot up.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the volume knob for a few seconds, or press the POWER button on the remote. The unit will enter standby mode.
- Auto Standby: The D 3020 V2 features an auto-standby function. It will automatically enter standby mode after a period of inactivity. This can be configured via the remote control.
Source Selection
- Front Panel: Press the volume knob briefly to cycle through available input sources.
- Remote Control: Use the dedicated input buttons (e.g., OPT1, OPT2, COAX, AUX, PHONO, BT) on the remote to directly select a source.
Volume Control

Bluetooth Pairing
- Select the Bluetooth (BT) input on the amplifier. The BT indicator will flash.

- Once paired, the BT indicator on the amplifier will glow solid.
Bass EQ
The D 3020 V2 includes a Bass EQ feature, which provides a 6dB boost at 80Hz. This can be useful for smaller speakers that lack low-end extension. This feature is typically controlled via the remote. If using a subwoofer, it is generally recommended to disable Bass EQ.
Headphone Use
Plug your headphones into the 3.5mm headphone jack on the front panel. Connecting headphones will automatically mute the main speaker outputs.
