Setup

1. Charging the Earphones

Before first use, fully charge your Zoook ZB-Rocker Soulmate-2 earphones. A full charge takes approximately 1-2 hours.

1. Locate the Micro USB charging port on one of the earbuds.
2. Connect the Micro USB end of the charging cable to the earphone's charging port.
3. Connect the USB-A end of the charging cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
4. The LED indicator light will illuminate during charging and change color or turn off when fully charged.

2. Bluetooth Pairing

To connect your earphones to a device, follow these steps:

1. Ensure the earphones are turned off.
2. Press and hold the Multi-function Button (usually the power button) on the earphone for approximately 5-7 seconds until the LED indicator light flashes red and blue alternately. This indicates pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for new devices.
4. Select "ZB-Rocker Soulmate-2" from the list of available devices.
5. Once connected, the LED indicator light on the earphones will typically flash blue slowly or turn off, and you will hear an audible confirmation.
6. If prompted for a password, enter "0000".

The earphones will automatically attempt to reconnect to the last paired device when powered on.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

• Power On: Press and hold the Multi-function Button for about 3 seconds until the LED flashes blue and you hear "Power On".
• Power Off: Press and hold the Multi-function Button for about 3 seconds until the LED flashes red and you hear "Power Off".

Music Playback Controls

• Play/Pause: Press the Multi-function Button once.
• Next Track: Press and hold the Volume Up (+) button for 2 seconds.
• Previous Track: Press and hold the Volume Down (-) button for 2 seconds.

Call Management

• Answer/End Call: Press the Multi-function Button once during an incoming call or during an active call.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the Multi-function Button for 2 seconds during an incoming call.
• Redial Last Number: Double-press the Multi-function Button when not on a call.

Volume Control

• Volume Up: Press the Volume Up (+) button once.
• Volume Down: Press the Volume Down (-) button once.

Maintenance

Cleaning

• Regularly clean the ear tips with a soft, damp cloth to remove earwax and debris. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.
• Wipe the body of the earphones with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
• Do not use alcohol, cleaning sprays, or abrasive cleaners.

Storage

• When not in use, store the earphones in the provided pouch or a protective case to prevent damage.
• Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Water/Sweat Protection

The Zoook ZB-Rocker Soulmate-2 earphones feature IPX4 waterproof/sweat-proof protection, making them resistant to splashing water from any direction. This means they are suitable for workouts and light rain. However, they are not designed for submersion in water. Do not swim or shower with these earphones.

• After exposure to sweat or water, wipe the earphones dry with a soft cloth before charging or storing.
