1. Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient installation, operation, and maintenance of your Osram ENDURA FLOOD LED Outdoor Projector. This product is designed for outdoor use, featuring a motion sensor, IP44 protection, and a warm white light output of 3000K and 2400 lumens.

2. Safety Instructions

4. Setup and Installation

4.1 Mounting the Projector

1. Choose a suitable mounting location on a solid surface, such as a wall, ensuring it is within reach of the power supply and provides the desired illumination area.
2. Use the mounting bracket as a template to mark the drilling points.
3. Drill holes of appropriate size for the provided wall plugs.
4. Insert the wall plugs into the drilled holes.
5. Secure the mounting bracket to the surface using the provided screws.
6. Attach the projector to the mounting bracket and adjust the angle as needed. The projector can be oriented up to 180 degrees.

4.2 Electrical Connection

The projector comes with a 1-meter open-ended power cable. Connect this cable to your main power supply (240V) via a suitable junction box, ensuring proper grounding. All connections must be waterproof and comply with local electrical regulations.

After connecting, ensure all connections are secure and insulated.

4.3 Motion Sensor Adjustment

• SENS (Sensitivity): Adjusts the detection range of the sensor. Turn clockwise for higher sensitivity (longer range) and counter-clockwise for lower sensitivity (shorter range).
• TIME (Time Delay): Sets how long the light remains on after motion is detected. Turn clockwise for a longer duration and counter-clockwise for a shorter duration.
• LUX (Light Sensor): Determines the ambient light level at which the sensor becomes active. Turn towards the sun symbol for activation only in darkness, and towards the moon symbol for activation in both day and night.

5. Operating Instructions

Once properly installed and connected to the power supply, the Osram ENDURA FLOOD LED projector will operate automatically based on the motion sensor settings.

• The light will turn on when motion is detected within the sensor's range and the ambient light level is below the set LUX threshold.
• The light will remain on for the duration set by the TIME dial. If motion is continuously detected, the timer will reset.
• The instant-on feature ensures immediate illumination without any warm-up time.

• Cleaning: Periodically clean the surface of the projector and the motion sensor lens with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the finish or the sensor.
