5.2 Using in Handtruck Mode (150kg Capacity):
- Position the nose plate under the item to be moved.
- Tilt the hand truck back slowly, using your foot on the axle or a gentle pull on the handle, to balance the load over the main wheels.
- Maintain a firm grip on the handle and push or pull the truck to your destination.
- For stairs, use the stair climber wheels by tilting the truck back and carefully rolling it up or down each step.

7. Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your multi-truck.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Difficulty converting modes | Mechanism is dirty or stiff; components are misaligned. | Clean the mechanism and apply a light lubricant to pivot points. Check for bent parts and ensure proper alignment. |
| Wheels not rolling smoothly | Low tire pressure (pneumatic wheels); debris in bearings; damaged bearings or axles. | Inflate pneumatic tires to recommended PSI. Remove any debris from wheels and axles. If bearings are damaged, contact customer support for replacement parts. |
| Truck feels unstable with load | Load is unevenly distributed; load exceeds capacity; operating on uneven surface. | Redistribute the load evenly. Reduce the load if it exceeds capacity. Move to a flat, stable surface. |
| Pneumatic tire frequently flat | Puncture in tire or tube; faulty valve stem. | Inspect tire for punctures and repair or replace the tube/tire. Check valve stem for leaks. Contact customer support for replacement wheels if needed. |
