5. Setup
5.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the speaker's internal battery. Connect the AC power cable to the speaker's AC input and then to a standard wall outlet. The CHAR/FULL indicator light will show the charging status.
5.2 Powering On/Off
Locate the POWER switch on the rear panel. Flip the switch to the "ON" position to power on the speaker. Flip it to "OFF" to power off.
5.3 Speaker Placement
Place the speaker on a stable, flat surface. For optimal sound dispersion, position it in an open area, away from obstructions.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Bluetooth Connection
- Power on the speaker. The speaker will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode, indicated by a flashing Bluetooth icon on the display.
- On your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "beFree Sound" from the list of devices.
- Once paired, the speaker will emit a confirmation tone, and the Bluetooth icon will stop flashing.
- You can now play audio from your device through the speaker.
6.2 USB/SD Card Playback
- Insert a USB drive into the USB port or an SD card into the TF card slot on the rear panel.
- The speaker will automatically switch to USB/SD mode and begin playing audio files. If not, press the "MODE" button on the control panel or remote to select USB/SD mode.
- Use the playback controls (Play/Pause, Next/Previous Track) on the speaker or remote to manage your music.
6.3 FM Radio
- Extend the antenna on the rear panel for better reception.
- Press the "MODE" button on the control panel or remote to select FM Radio mode.
- Press the "SCAN" button (often combined with Play/Pause) to automatically scan and save available FM stations.
- Use the "CH+" and "CH-" buttons to navigate through the saved stations.
6.4 Microphone Usage
- For the wireless microphone, ensure it is powered on. It should automatically connect to the speaker.
- For a wired microphone, connect it to the "MIC IN" jack on the rear panel.
- Adjust the "MIC VOL" knob to control the microphone's volume.
- Use the "ECHO" knob to add an echo effect to the microphone's output.
