3. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your mortar mixer before first use.

  1. Attach the Extension Rod: Screw the extension rod onto the mixer's spindle. Ensure it is hand-tightened securely.
  2. Attach the Mixing Paddle: Screw the mixing paddle (Ø140mm) onto the end of the extension rod. Use the two provided wrenches to firmly tighten the paddle to prevent it from loosening during operation.
  3. Power Connection: Before plugging in, ensure the mixer's power switch is in the "OFF" position. Connect the power plug to a suitable 220V electrical outlet. Verify the outlet's voltage matches the tool's requirement.

  1. Select Speed: The mixer has two mechanical speeds. Use the lower speed (0-480 RPM) for thicker, heavier materials like mortar or concrete, and the higher speed (0-800 RPM) for lighter materials like paint or plaster. Adjust the electronic speed regulator for fine-tuning.
  2. Start Mixing: Immerse the mixing paddle into the material before turning on the mixer to prevent splashing.
  3. Engage Power: Press the power switch to start the mixer.
  4. Mix Evenly: Move the mixer slowly through the material, ensuring all parts are thoroughly mixed. Avoid hitting the sides or bottom of the mixing container forcefully.
  5. Stop Mixing: Once the desired consistency is achieved, release the power switch. Wait for the paddle to stop rotating completely before removing it from the material.
