Setup

1. Blade Installation

Always ensure the tool is unplugged before installing or changing the blade.

  1. Press and hold the spindle lock button to prevent the spindle from rotating.
  2. Use the provided Allen wrench to loosen the blade retaining bolt.
  3. Carefully remove the outer flange and the old blade.
  4. Place the new premium 24-tooth blade onto the spindle, ensuring the teeth are pointing in the direction of rotation indicated by the arrow on the saw guard.
  5. Replace the outer flange and tighten the blade retaining bolt securely with the Allen wrench while holding the spindle lock button.

2. Depth Adjustment

Adjust the cutting depth to be slightly deeper than the material thickness (approximately 3-6 mm) to ensure a clean cut and reduce kickback.

  1. Loosen the depth adjustment lever located on the side of the saw.
  2. Raise or lower the saw base to achieve the desired cutting depth. Use the depth scale for reference.
  3. Tighten the depth adjustment lever firmly to secure the setting.

3. Angle Adjustment (Bevel Cuts)

The saw allows for bevel cuts up to 45 degrees.

  1. Loosen the bevel adjustment knob.
  2. Tilt the saw base to the desired angle, using the angle scale for precision.
  3. Tighten the bevel adjustment knob securely.

4. Parallel Guide Installation

For straight cuts parallel to the edge of a workpiece, use the parallel guide.

  1. Slide the parallel guide into the slots on the front of the saw base.
  2. Adjust the guide to the desired width from the blade.
  3. Tighten the locking screw to secure the guide in place.

Operating Instructions

1. Starting the Saw

Ensure the workpiece is securely clamped and the area is clear of obstructions.

  1. Plug the saw into a suitable 220V power outlet.
  2. Hold the saw firmly with both hands, utilizing the main handle and the robust auxiliary handle.
  3. Press the trigger switch to start the motor. Allow the blade to reach full speed before beginning the cut.

2. Making a Cut

Maintain a steady, controlled feed rate. Do not force the saw through the material.

  1. Align the blade with your cutting line.
  2. Gently lower the spinning blade into the workpiece. The retractable blade guard will automatically retract.
  3. Push the saw forward along the cutting line, maintaining consistent pressure.
  4. Once the cut is complete, release the trigger switch and allow the blade to stop completely before lifting the saw from the workpiece. The blade guard will automatically return to its closed position.

3. Dust Management

The saw features an efficient and directed dust outlet. For optimal dust collection, consider connecting a vacuum cleaner to the dust port if available.
