- Two (2) Base Plates
- Six (6) Flathead Machine Screws

3. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps for proper installation. Tools required: pencil, level, drill, and an Allen wrench set.
- Inspect Components: Unbox all pieces and verify that all listed components from Section 2 are present and in good condition.
- Adjust Bar Lengths: Stand all three towel bars next to one another. They may not be the same length initially. Use the provided Allen wrench to loosen the setscrews located where each rod meets its bracket. Adjust all bars to the same desired length and re-tighten the setscrews.
- Check Threading: Partially thread a flathead machine screw into all six locations on the towel bars to ensure proper threading. If any do not thread smoothly, clean the threads if necessary.
- Determine Orientation: Decide whether you want the closest-to-the-wall bar at the top or the bottom of the tier.
- Attach First Bar: Attach the closest-to-the-wall bar to both base plates using the machine screws. Ensure the setscrews for the towel bars will face downwards when the unit is hung.
- Attach Third Bar: Attach the farthest-out-from-the-wall bar to both base plates with the machine screws, again orienting the setscrews to face downwards.
- Attach Middle Bar: Attach the middle bar to one base plate with a machine screw. Check the alignment of the opposite base plate's hole and the threads for the bar bracket. If alignment is good, proceed. If not, loosen the setscrew and adjust until the thread-to-hole alignment is spot-on. Install the machine screw and then tighten the setscrew.
- Mark Mounting Location: Choose your desired mounting location on the wall. Use a level to strike a horizontal line at the height you wish to mount the top of the towel bar.
- Mount First Base Plate: With assistance, align the top of one base plate with your level line and plumb the bracket with a level. Mark the two mounting holes. Pre-drill holes and install wall anchors if drilling into drywall. If drilling into a stud, pre-drill appropriate pilot holes. Mount the assembly at this base plate and snug up the screws. Remember to place the screw cap bases before tightening.
- Align and Mount Second Base Plate: With assistance, loosen the setscrews of the top-most and bottom-most towel bars (leave the middle one tight). Align the top of the second base plate with your level line and plumb the bracket. Use the level to confirm the towel bars are level. Mark the mounting holes for the second base plate. Remove the rack if necessary to drill and install anchors. Drive in the screws, leaving them slightly loose initially, and place the screw cap bases.
- Final Adjustments: With the entire unit on the wall, ensure everything is level and plumb. Tighten all base plate screws and install the decorative caps. Finally, tighten the previously loosened setscrews on the upper and lower towel bars.

4. Operating Instructions (Usage)
The 3-tier design allows for efficient hanging and drying of multiple towels. The staggered lengths of the bars ensure that towels do not overlap completely, promoting better airflow and faster drying.
- Hang bath towels, hand towels, or washcloths on the individual bars.
- For optimal drying, spread towels as much as possible across the bars.
- Note that the offset between bars is designed for conventional towels. Very thick or plush towels may have limited space between tiers.

5. Maintenance
To maintain the appearance and longevity of your KES 3-Tier Bath Towel Bar, follow these simple maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Wipe the surface regularly with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn spots, use a mild soap solution and then rinse thoroughly with water. Dry immediately with a clean, soft cloth to prevent water spots.
- Avoid Harsh Cleaners: Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or chemical solvents, as these can damage the brushed finish and stainless steel.
- Corrosion Prevention: The product is made from T-304 stainless steel, which is highly resistant to rust and corrosion. However, prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals or standing water can affect its finish. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.

6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues during or after installation, refer to the following common solutions:
- Towel Bars Not Level: Recheck the alignment of the base plates using a level. Loosen the setscrews on the towel bars and adjust them until they are perfectly horizontal before re-tightening.
- Difficulty Threading Screws: Ensure that the towel bars are correctly aligned with the base plates. Misalignment can cause screws to bind. If necessary, gently clean the threads.
- Loose Installation: Verify that the wall anchors are properly installed and that all screws are tightened securely. If installing into drywall, ensure the anchors are rated for the weight of the towel bar and towels.
- Towels Not Drying Properly: Ensure towels are spread out as much as possible on the bars to maximize airflow. The tiered design is intended to aid drying, but overcrowding can hinder it.
