Setup
- Placement: Position the dehydrator on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface. Ensure adequate clearance around the unit for proper ventilation. The dimensions are approximately 21"D x 17"W x 16"H.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard 100V electrical outlet.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wipe down the interior of the unit and wash all trays and accessories with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.

Operating Instructions
Control Panel Overview
The dehydrator features a user-friendly digital control panel with six simple-touch buttons for setting time and temperature.

- TIME/TEMP Button: Toggles between time and temperature settings.
- +/- Buttons: Adjusts the time or temperature values.
- KEEP WARM Button: Activates a 24-hour keep warm function at 95°F (35°C).
- FAST RAW Button: Pre-programmed settings for Fast Mode (165°F for 10 hours) and Raw Mode (115°F for 24 hours).
- START/STOP Button: Powers the unit on/off and starts/stops the dehydration process.
Setting Time and Temperature
- Press the START/STOP button to turn on the unit.
- Press the TIME/TEMP button to select either time or temperature. The selected value will flash on the digital display.
- Use the +/- buttons to adjust the desired time (up to 24 hours in 30-minute increments) or temperature (from 95°F to 167°F).
- Once settings are confirmed, press the START/STOP button again to begin the dehydration process.
Loading Trays and Airflow
The dehydrator utilizes a horizontal airflow system with a rear-mounted motor and fan, ensuring uniform drying without the need to rotate trays.

- Arrange food items in a single layer on the stainless-steel drying racks. Avoid overcrowding to allow for optimal airflow.
- For smaller or stickier items, use the provided fine mesh or nonstick trays.
- Slide the loaded trays into the dehydrator. The unit accommodates 11 trays, offering ample drying space.
