4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On/Off

Press and hold the power button for approximately 2 seconds to turn the power bank ON or OFF. The LED display will illuminate when powered on.

4.2 Charging USB and Type-C Devices

  1. Connect your device to one of the QC3.0 USB-A ports (OUT1/OUT2) or the TYPE-C port using an appropriate cable.

4.3 Charging Laptops via DC-OUT Port

  1. Select the Correct Connector: Choose one of the 14 provided laptop connectors or the Mag-Safe 2 cable that fits your laptop's charging port. If your laptop uses a Type-C charging port requiring 20V, use the included Type-C converter with the DC-OUT port.
  2. Set the Voltage: Before connecting to your laptop, double-click the power button to cycle through the available DC output voltages (5V, 8.4V, 9V, 12V, 16V, 20V). Select the voltage that matches your laptop's input voltage (usually found on your laptop's original charger).
  3. Connect to Laptop: Once the correct voltage is displayed, connect the chosen connector to the DC-OUT port and then to your laptop.

Important: Setting an incorrect voltage may damage your device. Always verify your laptop's required voltage before connecting.

4.4 Pass-Through Charging

The power bank supports simultaneous charging and discharging. To activate this function, press the power button for 2 seconds while the power bank is being recharged. If no device is connected or drawing sufficient power, the power bank may automatically turn off after 1 minute to conserve energy.

5. Maintenance

  • Keep the power bank away from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, and liquids.
  • Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Store the power bank in a cool, dry place when not in use. For long-term storage, it is recommended to charge it to about 50-75% every 3-6 months to maintain battery health.
  • Avoid dropping or subjecting the power bank to strong impacts.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 Power Bank Shuts Off Automatically

  • Low Current Draw: If the connected device draws very low current, the power bank may interpret it as idle and shut off to save power. This is common with devices that are already nearly fully charged.
  • Overcurrent Protection: If your laptop's power requirement (Amperage) exceeds the DC-OUT port's maximum (e.g., >4.7A for 16V/20V output), the power bank may trigger overcurrent protection and shut down. Check your laptop's original charger for its output specifications.
  • Pass-Through Mode: Ensure pass-through charging is activated by pressing the power button for 2 seconds while the power bank is recharging.

6.2 Device Not Charging

  • Check Connections: Ensure all cables and connectors are securely plugged in.
  • Correct Voltage (DC-OUT): For laptops, verify that the DC-OUT voltage is correctly set to match your laptop's requirements.
  • Cable Compatibility: Use the appropriate charging cable for your device.
  • Power Bank Charge Level: Ensure the power bank has sufficient charge.
